Applicable & achievable solutions needed to reach SDGs

Barbados has been making some suggestions about how countries can attain the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Chief Research Officer in the Prime Minister's Office in Barbados, Shennel Richards says countries must have applicable and achievable solutions. She delivered the message on day two of the 7th Meeting of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development in Chile. Senior Operations Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank, Elbert Ellis says the Caribbean region is facing intense pressures in realising its legitimate development aspirations.
