Beijing Auto Show displays futuristic cars, showcases EV development

China's vision for the future of the automobile, electrified and digitally connected, is on display at the Beijing Auto Show. Organizers say 117 new models are making their debut at the event. Auto companies at the Beijing Auto Show have showcased their versatility and virtuosity in trendy and stylish vehicle models with dramatic customer-centric mindset, which complies with their enterprising pursuit in vying for desirable global prominence with high-quality products. Dongfeng Motor Corporation Ltd. displayed more than 20 models of its self-developed new energy vehicles, demonstrating the latest achievements in new energy transformation and intelligent development. By 2025, the company's sales of self-developed new energy vehicles are expected to exceed 1-million units. Over the next three years, it will introduce 30 new passenger car models and 14 new basic commercial vehicle models in the new energy sector to meet consumers' demand for comprehensive mobility solutions.
