What's the current state of the China-U.S. relationship? Has there been real progress made? "I think certainly there (has been) progress. It is not as satisfactory, as we can see," said Wang Huiyao, the president of the Center for China and Globalization. "But what I think is the key is that we need to enhance the communication.
