Civil servants with fake certificates warned

Civil servants with fake certificates have been directed to refund the money earned, resign and walk away or face the full wrath of the law. The directive has been issued by President William Ruto who says that in a bid to reduce the wage bill to the requisite 35% ratio to revenue, all ministries, departments, and agencies will be monitored closely by the controller of budget with those having unqualified audit reports given 3 weeks to declare their next course of action.
