DR. HILAIRE DEFENDS INFRASTRUCTURE CLAUSE TO CIP

Tourism Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire is continuing to defend the infrastructure clause to the CIP. Dr. Hilaire, during his contribution to debate on the 2024/2025 appropriation bill last week, claimed that the Philip J. Pierre government intended to use the CIP as a strategic tool for investment and revenue and not just for the sale of passports.
