Family of missing woman appeals for help

The relatives of missing woman Sonia Parris are appealing to the public for help in locating their loved one. Parris, 58, of Edey Village, Christ Church was reportedly last seen some time after 10 on Wednesday night when she was leaving Chefette Restaurant, Wildey, St. Michael, where she works. CBC News understands the car of the mother of five has been found at Jordans, St. George, partially burnt. 24-year-old Britney Phillips, the last of Ms. Parris' children, says family members who are struggling to cope at this time, will appreciate the public's assistance with finding their loved one. Parris is about five feet tall with a dark complexion and medium build. She has her hair in locs, reaching to her legs. Phillips has described her mother as a reserved individual who often keeps to herself. However she occasionally attends Q in the Community.
