Police on Wednesday released officer body camera video of Malcolm Butler's arrest on suspicion of DUI. Butler was accused of DUI in North Providence, R.I. last month. The video provided by North Providence police in response to WJAR's records request is heavily redacted. The audio drops out for long periods, and certain parts of the video are blacked out.
