Grant funding for women SMEs released

A grant funding of up to 5000 us dollars has been released for women-led small and medium enterprises with interests in sustainable agriculture and processing and aquaculture. According to the Uganda business forum and Women Entrepreneurs Forum for Africa, the first cohort, 120 women enterprises across the African continent received grant financing of up to 50000 Euros in seed capital.
