Head of Human Resource in police wants more funding

Godfrey Golooba, the outgoing police director of the human resource department has asked government to allocate more resources towards police refresher trainings in a bid to build research-based police structures. According to Golooba, police needs to build analytical policing. Golooba says police's image has improved over time with a reduction in crime amongst the population.
