High court orders SRC to reinstate the 10 million car grant for judges

It is a win for judges after the courts ordered the SRC to reinstate the 10 million car grant that it had scrapped in 2021. The three-judge bench declared the SRC’s decision illegal and unconstitutional. SRC now says it will appeal the decision saying the judges who ruled on the matter had vested interests
