Some 64 intervenors are pleading their cases concerning climate change at the 166th Regular Session of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights over the next few days. Barbados is hosting the session for the first time. The public hearings are being held at the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management and will end Friday, April 26. Minister of Foreign Affairs Kerrie Symmonds, in addressing the opening session yesterday, spoke about how the deliberations would go.
