Holiday shoppers in the Inland Empire return to stores after rainstorms

Shoppers in Rialto are returning to stores to make the last of their holiday purchases following recent SoCal storms. While the lines may be long, many say they are happy for the weather to return to normal before the holidays. Jonathan Gonzales reports for the NBC4 News on Dec. 22, 2023.
