Iran elections: First vote since 2022 anti-government protests

Iran is holding elections for parliament, as well as a panel responsible for choosing the next supreme leader. It's the first election since nationwide anti-government protests in 2022. High profile reformist candidates were barred from running, and the government has been looking to tackle voter apathy, which remains high in the country.
