‘It’s stacked against him’: NY hush money trial ‘playing right into Trump’s hand’

Filmmaker Ami Horowitz has criticised the judge in Donald Trump’s New York hush money trial for accusing the former president of threatening a potential juror. “This is playing right into Trump’s hand,” Mr Horowitz told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “He’s saying that it’s stacked against him – of course it is. “Here he was, looking at a potential juror pool – he’s in Manhattan – so already everything’s stacked against him in terms of the demographics, the political demographics of the city. “And just him talking to himself, thinking about how crazy this is that she’s in this possible jury pool, the judge says, ‘you are intimidating the witness’. “The American people understand this is craziness, and therefore, they’re going to side with Trump.”
