KFS embarks on fencing 6,000 hectares around Menengai forests

The fencing of the Menengai forest has commenced with the aim being to protect the forest’s resources and safeguard the lives of communities living within and around the forest. The fencing which is capped at kshs 106 million will cover 15 counties and cover a distance area of 55 kms.
