Stephan Sterns, the boyfriend of Florida teen Maddie Soto's mom, has been charged in her murder nearly 8 weeks after she vanished. Maddie disappeared on February 25, shortly after photos showed her celebrating her 13th birthday with friends. Sterns also faces dozens of sex crimes charges. While Sterns faces a murder charge, questions remain about Maddie's murder and whether other people were involved.
