Man Wants National Housing Corporation To Explain Why Relatives Are Locked-Out Of CDC Apartment

One man whose deceased mother lived in a CDC apartment is objecting to the recent actions of the National Housing Cooperation. He claims that personnel from the entity placed two padlocks on the apartment without warning. According to him , two relatives who reside in the structure are not able to access their belongings.
