Not a total gang town

Barbados Ambassador to CARICOM, David Comissiong views the gangs in Haiti seeking control of the capital Port-au-Prince, as the biggest threat to the progress achieved thus far.  With a new transitional government in place, he says it will be challenged with securing control over these criminal gangs.  He is disputing international reports relating to the portions of the capital under gang control.
