Rural development - Graduates urged to use vocational skills for rural development.

Minister for Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni, has emphasized the need for those completing their studies to prioritize serving their country in rural areas for social and Economic development. This was contained in the minister’s speech read for her by State Minister for Higher Education, Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo, at the 5th graduation ceremony for Uganda Technical College- Kyema in Masindi District.
