Ruto secures Zimbabwe’s support for Raila’s AUC chair bid

President William Ruto has secured Zimbabwe's support for Raila Odinga's bid for the African Union Commission Chairmanship. In his two-day state visit, Ruto assured Zimbabwe that the move will bolster bilateral relations and regional and continental significance. During the bilateral talks in Bulawayo statehouse, the two countries signed 9 mous in the fields of transport, infrastructure, health, education, defence, trade and investments among other areas.
