Scarborough Urban Council Launch

On Monday, the newly-formed Scarborough Urban Council elected its interim executive and is now on a drive to sensitise persons about its roles and functions and how they too can be part of this new Village Council. President of the Scarborough Urban Council, Eliyyahu Ben Yisrael, joins us to tell us more about their plans.
