ST. LUCIA LAUNCHES 'UNLEASHING THE BLUE ECONOMY' PROJECT (UBEC)

The World Bank-backed Unleashing the Blue Economy (UBEC) project was officially launched in St. Lucia with the aim of strengthening governance, building capacity, supporting low-carbon and climate-resilient action, and dealing with the looming threat of food insecurity.
