A heavy storm has de-roofed Puranga Catholic Parish in Pader District, which Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja was scheduled to commission today. The occasion had been called to celebrate the Parish's Golden Jubilee. A heavy storm hit the area two days ago, affecting the church and a nearby school. By the time the storm calmed down, the church had lost its roof.
