After roughly two years, Sabina Park in Jamaica will once again host a West Indies home series when the regional team face off with the visiting South African side in three T20 internationals set for May 23, 25 and 26. The last time West Indies played in Jamaica was back in 2022, when they hosted New Zealand in a three match T20 series which West indies lost two-one. The Caribbean side arrived in Jamaica yesterday, and interim Captain Brandon King, is more than happy that the Windies are playing again in his hometown. He says the series is very important for their ICC World Cup preparation. After this home series, West Indies will travel to Trinidad and Tobago for their lone official World Cup warm-up match against Australia on May 30, before their first World Cup game with Papua New Guinea on June 2 in Guyana.
