Tourism Minister Clarifies Legal Restrictions on Jouvert and Noise Activities.(December 20th 2023)

The escalation of noise pollution in Gros Islet has emerged as a pressing issue for local residents. Expressing their frustration, many residents have directed criticism, even on a political scale, towards the government. In response to these concerns, MP for Gros Islet, Honourable Kenson Casimir and Tourism Minister Honourable Dr. Ernest Hilaire have initiated consultations with both residents and business owners.
