The international workshop on Sustainable Blue Economies in the Caribbean islands and low-lying communities is now underway right here in Antigua. The local host is the center of excellence on oceanography and the blue economy, COBE, at the University of the West Indies, Five Islands Campus. Hilesha Humphreys reports.
