Volunteers have rebuilt 90 metres of vanishing sand dunes on a beach in Lancashire by burying tens of thousands of Christmas trees. Some stick out of the sand in plain sight, others are buried underneath metres of dunes. Mickey Carroll looks at an innovative way of dealing with the unwanted trees.
