Castara Residents Block Roads In Protest Over Water Shortages
After several weeks of low water supply, frustrated Castara residents staged an early morning protest.
Using debris, derelict vehicles and various materials, they blocked the Northside road at several points between Castara and Parla-tuvier, preventing all vehicular traffic, including buses from traversing.
Residents said the situation has become unbearable and they were left with no other choice.
