POLICE OUTRIDER AND PEDESTRIANS INJURED IN JEREMIE STREET COLLISION
A police outrider struck two women on Jeremie Street Tuesday morning, injuring both and halting traffic across the capital.
Emergency crews treated the victims at the scene as the accident blocked major routes, leaving downtown Castries in a total gridlock.
