The Africa Film Festival Trinidad and Tobago is celebrating 10 years of African cinema with a packed programme of unforgettable films, workshops and panel discussions, and networking mixers. Film Festival Coordinator, Melanie Jones Powell, shared more on how the Africa Film TT Festival has evolved over the last 10 years. In its 10th year, the Africa Film Festival Trinidad and Tobago is focussed on digital transformation in film and equipping filmmakers with the tools they need to navigate the changing landscape of the film industry. One workshop this year explores virtual reality as an extension of telling stories on screen.
