Frank Tyson dies after police handcuff him - Bodycam footage

An Ohio man died after police handcuffed and left him facedown on a barroom floor. Two police officers are on paid leave after the death of 53-year-old Frank Tyson, who had reportedly gone to a bar after crashing a car into a utility pole. Police released bodycam footage of the altercation and two related 911 calls. Officers on the scene eventually get Tyson into handcuffs, at which point an officer appears to kneel on Tyson's upper body. Tyson can be heard saying, "I can't breathe. I can't breathe. You're on my back." About 8 minutes passed between his last words and CPR being administered, according to bodycam footage. An independent investigation is underway by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. A cause of death is also pending.
