GOV'T ENACTS REGULATED SUBSTANCES FUND

Minister for finance and Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre sought parliamentary approval for the establishment of a special fund, called "Regulated Substances Fund," to facilitate the operations of the regulated substances authority that will oversee the nascent cannabis industry.
