Hematologists at the Hemophilia department in Mulago hospital have called for increased budget for treatment of hemophilia, According to Dr Phillip Kasirye a pediatrician at Mulago hospital Hemophilia department, the treatment of hemophilia patients at Mulago hospital is donor funded but still insufficient .
