Channel 7 News was on the scene this morning at Little Rock police headquarters for the National Peace Officers Memorial Day ceremony. Designated by President Kennedy, it's a day to honor local, state and federal law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. Today the names of 23 Little Rock police officers who have been killed in the line of duty were read aloud, followed by the ringing of a bell.
