Rowley lifts the lid: SSA was “heavily armed”

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley is admitting that members of the Strategic Services Agency were apparently heavily armed, months before they were authorized to use firearms. It's a shocking revelation as the agency, currently under investigation, is facing allegations of forming its own rogue "hit squad" responsible for several murders.
