Winners of tennis tournament undecided

The official winners of the 2024 Barbados Tennis Association's Inter-club Tournament is still pending. Both finalists await the outcome of a protest lodged by Barbados Yacht Club to determine whether all the results from the final against the Barbados Tennis Centre Club will stand. In the final encounter featuring the senior mixed doubles, the pair of Damien Applewhaite and Cherise Slocombe representing Tennis Centre Club, needed eight games in the first to nine matches. They won 9-4 against Jason Small and Donna Gibbs of Barbados Yacht Club. CBC's Anmar Goodridge-Boyce reports.
