Another blow for ANC in MK trademark battle

The ANC’s bid to bar the MK party from using uMkhonto we Sizwe's name and logo has been dismissed. The ANC argued in court that the name MK and its symbols are part of the former liberation movement’s trademark, legacy, and heritage. The MK Party has welcomed the judgment, saying it paves the way for the party to focus on its election campaign.
