The provincial NDP is investing $30 million to provide universal screening for children from kindergarten to Grade 3. The Early Edition’s Stephen Quinn got reaction to the announcement from Dyslexia Canada executive director Alicia Smith, North Vancouver parent Rebecca Ashton and her 19-year-old son Luke Ashton, who was diagnosed as dyslexic when he was in Grade 6.
