Basic military skills - 195 NCOs complete a three-month basic cadre development course

The joint staff political commissariat, Major General Henry Masiko, has underscored the importance of ideological consciousness in the Uganda People`s Defence Forces, stating that the latter is a military of ideology. Gen. Masiko made these remarks while presiding over the pass out of 195 noncommissioned officers who completed a three-month basic cadre development course at the Oliver Reginald Tambo Leadership training school, Kaweweta in Nakaseke district.
