Vendors Want CCC Lease Revised

Vendors at the Castries Vendor’s Arcade have submitted a petition to the Castries Constituency Council asking for a meeting to discuss a new lease agreement with the CCC. According to vendors, some were asked to sign without being sufficiently educated on the contents of the lease.
