Pierhead project construction to begin by year end

Construction will begin at the site of the multimillion dollar Pierhead project by year end. So says Developer Neville Isdell, who told CBC News the highly anticipated project is a multi-use development with residential, urban, experiential, historic, beach side, shopping, eating and drinking facilities.
